Six years ago, Kirby and Sheila Gallagher, owners of Kerryhill Realty Services Inc., purchased Kerryhill Court, two 3-storey buildings with 51 units. Built by Ontario Hydro in 1970, and made of concrete and steel, these structures provide solid support and superior sound-proofing - unlike many smaller multi-unit residential buildings that are built with a wood frame (a key feature when choosing a muiti-unit dwelling). Both buildings belong to the same condominium corporation, but have unique features and upgrades.

Phase 1 - 25 Tamarack
