Owners Kirby J. Gallagher and Sheila Gallagher purchased Kerryhill Court in January 2012. KerryHill Realty Services Inc. manages the now Renfrew Standard Condominium Corporation #13.

Kirby Gallagher is the brains behind the condominium conversion of Kerryhill Court. As well as managing the day-to-day requirements of property management, he also heads the renovation project from the budget to hiring the engineers, surveyors, architects, lawyers, and contractors.

Kirby Gallagher brings more than 33 years of experience in commercial real estate development, management, leasing, project management and asset management. Although the majority of his experience is in the Ottawa market, he has also worked on projects in Toronto, Montreal, Halifax and St John's.

Prior to becoming CEO of KerryHill, Kirby was Assistant Vice President of Real Estate for Sun Life Insurance Company of Canada; he was responsible for their 5.4 million square foot Sun Life commercial real estate portfolio in Eastern Canada. During his career, he has held senior management positions with a wide array of firms such as Manulife Financial, Clarica Life Insurance Company, Canderel Limited, and Prudential Insurance Company of America in Toronto.

Sheila Gallagher, Sales & Marketing, Licensed Realtor
After 27 years in the work force, Sheila Gallagher joined the Real Estate industry in 2010 and is the Broker of Record for Kerryhill Realty Services. Since 2012, Sheila has run Sales and Marketing at Kerryhill Court.

Sheila brings broad experience in retail management, business planning, web design, publishing, and IT with her. Algonquin College and the Toronto School of Business provided the formal education needed to successfully run her businesses. During her 20-plus years as an entrepreneur, Sheila has been privileged to work with numerous clients and industries, exposing her to a full spectrum of business models and markets.
